Castro Street comes alive this weekend in one of the last street fairs in the city for the year. Following the crazy leather weekend each year, there are always some folks who stay longer to enjoy this weekend as well, but this is usually the local boys having another party on an October day and enjoying the neighborhood they love.

However, before you head to that street fair, the San Francisco Love Evolution Festival and Parade return this weekend and this is a not to be missed event. This amazing “oin in the parade” event with electronic music and great floats works its way up to Civic Center to create a Burning Man-esque dance space with a cavalcade of sounds and ultimately an electronic music lovers paradise. Grab some silly clothes, get in costume, pull out something fun to wear, and head down and join in the Love Evolution, dance down Market Street and in Civic Center all day.
